Peurakaltio Café

The best day so far in these holidays for cross-country-skiing. Perfect temperatures (bye-bye klister), snowing lightly and giving the feeling to cross a winter wonderland in a black and white movie.

We made two Café stops, with Peurakaltio being our favourite. It‘s as cosy inside as from the outside. We had a tasty salmon soup, giving us the energy for the way back. Finally the route back was longer than what we planned. Not sure if we missed a junction or the track wasn‘t prepared. Anyway, we ended with 27 km today and a good reason for a sauna.
