Dawny

She was found wandering along the side of a busy road and was taken in by a friend who didn't have suitable accommodation for her so she has joined my flock.  Perhaps she was dumped because she has a damaged beak.  She can't eat quickly and I feed her separately in her own little coop.  The other hens don't bother her and she seems happy. I've noticed her inspecting a nesting box in one of the henhouses and wouldn't be surprised if she starts laying soon.
