WI Meeting

We had our monthly meeting where we (the committee!) have decided to hold a raffle every month to increase our fellowship funds.

One of the prizes on offer was this huge Easter Egg :)
The ladies also collected 92 Easter eggs to donate to our local young careers centre :-)

We had the most amazing & insightful talk from Dr Helen Fry about the place that a local stately home played in helping us win WWII by listening in to conversations by German generals through microphones hidden in fireplaces, windowsills, plants etc!!
This home is now recognised as a parallel to Bletchley Park!!
