Well, we are surviving the week without Daddy...but I am very tired and, what is the right word? Ah yes, WEARY. I am rather weary!

Another good day at nursery for Amelie. When she saw me walk into the room she jumped up and I could see she was really pleased to see me, she had to wait to get past someone before she reached me and her little hands were all agitated whilst she was standing there, such a lovely sight to see!

There was, however, a bit of a painting mix up. On her first day she was covered in paint but for some reason (perhaps I was too excited to be collecting her or perhaps it was a bit of baby brain) I didn't ask where her painting was and she left it there. So yesterday I asked her if she had done a painting and she said she HAD but there was none with her name on. I am wondering if she was still looking for her painting from the other week...but anyway she got quite upset about it. There were tears!

To be honest, I think she is missing Chris quite a lot and that is the reason for a few these upsets over otherwise trivial things.
