Market day.

What an incredibly lazy day today. It’s got something to do with having workmen in the house I’m sure. The fitter can’t believe he’s taken 3 weeks to fit the bathroom. He’s doing a great job and I’m pleased he's not rushing it to get finished. His wife has spent a lot of time helping him, she was grouting the floor the other day. A woman after my own heart! They are Polish, and my goodness, they have worked hard.

Went up the village today to get some fresh produce, it’s market day and usually heaving, it wasn’t very busy at all today. Is that an illusive toilet roll in the market holders box? What is it with this panic buying of toilet rolls? It’s happening all over the world! Nowt so strange as folk.
