Breathtaking!

Today was perfect for our second (and longer) cycle ride this week exploring the interior mountains of Gran Canaria. This spectacular view overlooks the waters of Presa del Mulato. The slopes around the lake  are surrounded by mature Canarian Pines which smell wonderfully fresh.
Later on we headed down Barranco de Mogan, a hair raising road with many hairpin bends, also known as 'The Serpent'. Today's extra shows a view of the Serpent before we descended to finish in Puerto de Mogan where we had welcome ice creams.
