Food Waste: Prawn with a Pea

I had such an interesting time today photographing E as a pilot run for the museum's People at Work idea.  She works on a food composting project, which unfortunately ends soon, and has been gathering food waste from a number of residents in Tobermory.  The waste is then weighed so that data per household can be recorded, before being put into one of two composters.  It was fascinating and I learnt a lot, and E was great company too.   A very welcome distraction from the relentlessly worsening Covid-19 news.
