Falling below the horizon

The working week is over, and I am relieved. The pressure has been almost unrelenting. The best thing, however, is to see someone who agreed to start lithium, and has had an almost immediate substantial response, and is grateful. To have the opportunity to help persons in distress is a privilege, and to be able to make a difference is rewarding. Makes up for all the stress that goes with a job which never has an end, and often not even a pause.
