A False Start?

With Reed cutting having started on the swans preferred location for the last two years and the prospect lock restoration yards away this was being built last week. It is a totally unstable site so we have been relieved to find the pair inspecting and feeding upto two locks further along . Sorry for my erratic appearances and not hear.
