Conceptual art

U went to the Tetley Gallery today. They're were two exhibitions, both strongly conceptual in nature. This piece is a canoe message of bitumen containing a collection of hand made pots.

I must confess, I struggle with this stuff! A bit too weird for my limited imagination.

However, this one was reasonably easy to get. It was very big, quietly impressive and well executed.
