Hillsborough Fort

This is a side gate to the Fort, which was built in 1650. There is beautiful parkland which has a lake, popular with walkers. Hillsborough is a lovely town with lots of traditional pubs and coffee shops. We visited our friend in a nearby Nursing home and she was in great form....Think I have been talked into going to a model railway exhibition tomorrow!
