Searching for food

By chance I noticed this Pipit in the field next to where I live. Having checked in my RSPB handbook it's a Meadow Pipit.

Other than that I have spent half the day checking on my flight to Lanzarote on Monday with Easy Jet. Today's flight was cancelled due to lack of air traffic controllers, they called in sick. Tomorrow and Monday looks ok so far. Fingers crossed. We have a villa booked so feeling slightly less worried than if we were staying in a hotel.
