Fountains Abbey

This afternoon we visited Fountains Abbey (blipped) - and we enjoyed it so much that we are returning there tomorrow!

We also popped into Masham this morning to: visit the (tiny) public library (run by volunteers - hmmm) to see if we could find any evidence of Mr hazelh's family in the area - answer 'No'; wander around the market; call into the two breweries; and pick up provisions from the Co-op.

This evening Mr hazelh won the first of the three Scrabble games that we have played since we arrived here on Thursday. I need to keep an eye on him or else he may win the tournament.
