Grounding

Whilst Andy played golf, Merlin and I had a slow walk along the lanes to the community orchard where we found the trees in blossom.  Such a wonderful and reassuring sight to see spring slowly unfurling.  Afterwards Merlin and I sat looking out of the large kitchen window at the garden and listening to some meditation sessions on Calm.  

Also today, various phone calls were made to family, parsnip soup was cooked, stew was eaten and the final of the Great Pottery Throw Down was watched and enjoyed.
