He's got the whole world in his hand!

Rafi had a good day. The learning mentor Dionne has been reading to him which he seems to be enjoying.
Rafi's eyes seem to be improving every day.Today he was able to track a ball that I held up in front of him. He looked up, down, and to the right.
Rafi also held the ball in his hand and managed to flex and extend his arm several times (weight lifting) He did this after some sensory stimulation with brushes and different textures which I think may have helped. He was able to look at his arm while he was doing this.
