Snow Day
We awoke to a snow globe sort of morning - big old snowflakes swirling around creating a sense of magic in the world. We had maybe an inch of heavy wet snow, and now of course it's all melted and the world is green and spring-like again. We hadn't had snow all winter, so I took the opportunity (of course) to pop into the garden with the camera.
Today's cheerful blip is of Ribes sanguineum 'King Edward VII' (Flowering Currrent) wearing a crown of icy snow.
The extra, in the category of "what a difference a day makes" is the ranunculus posted on two different days here and here...and tomorrow it will still be cheery, plump and yellow!
Stay well, get outside, smell the flowers!
