Netball Night!

Tonight I'm going to play netball for the first time in 30 years, hence, the quick refresher course courtesy of Ky and the iPad. I have been assured that it will be painless (Freudian slip, in the first draft that said painful!)and a lot of fun. It certainly seemed more appealing than an exercise class so I'm going to give it a go. Trainers dusted down and ready for action!
