Cockatiel?

Met my oldest friend for breakfast this morning at Ransoms, our new regular haunt. When I first got there it was so empty, rather worrying actually, but it did pick up as the morning moved on.
We popped over to the garden centre for a mooch, and these ornaments caught my  eye as they looked quite realistic.
