And what could be better than a singing robin in the garden this morning? And buds for spring and everything. I refuse not to find positivity and optimism everywhere.

In a summary of the day, I’ve just had a little sit down after being on my feet or swimming since I got up this morning. A beach walk with Ella where we saw horses, took Will for his kick boxing grading where he secured his orange belt (the best colour!) and a fine swim. Now I’m off for a nice bath with my book and a glass of wine. Happy Sunday, happy blip xx
