Silver Linings

Felt great today to get up early, get out and help the church hand out “home study” guides, that we will use as a faith community to stay close to the one in charge and who is not surprised by this recent pandemic. My girls and I will have a busy week as we are signed up to - get out, mobilize and help those in need. We are signed up to pack food boxes for school kids who will not be fed this week due to our schools being shut down, we will serve at shelters and do our best to help restaurants and small businesses. I get that fear is real - but so is helping others in need. Hope you all get a chance to check in on someone in need and help anyway you can (virtual works more today than ever). There are silver linings all around us - I just got to find them and lean in.
