A cross-cultural tribute for this appalling anniversary.

I have been developing a series of these for the last three months, this is the last of five until I source more mosquito netting. Each design is a variant on the one before, but when I had finished the second colour on this one this morning it struck me that it was an especially Islamic take on a Celtic principle. It won't be when it is complete, but perhaps that might be my next project.

I am finding that mosquito netting is a wonderful substrate for this work, and my technique is improving as I continue to repeat similar themes.
