Leftovers

When the sweet tooth kicks in and you find a fine cake from Christmas your best friend brought you from Poland.
It was made by her Mum-in-law and its delicious Piernik otherwise known as Honey Cake.
Her one is royal with nuts and orange cut marmalade in the middle.
With a little butter and black cherry jam the best :)
