Deer

A beautiful morning after a cold night, I think -7°C at coldest. The roe deer were on a field not very far. Took this not far from the cowshed, about 350 metres from the deer, and having just a 135 mm lens, had to crop heavily. I tried to move closer, but then they were in the shadow and soon felt disturbed by me. On the way back I met neighbours walking their dog. Got a message afterwards that they had seen the deer on the next field.

Temperature up to +4°C in the afternoon and very windy. Gusts bent the spruces quite badly in the just thinned forest next to my brother's house as were visiting there in the afternoon. A rainy night ahead.
