D and I had a good walk through Rivey Wood. There are a tremendous number of trees down. Many of them look like they’ve been picked up and snapped in half. It changes the whole look of the woods.
D slow cooked some beef and over dinner we all had a good conversation about what skill we could master if we have to isolate ourselves. Alfie’s got a couple of songs he wants to learn and I would get round to learning to crochet at last.
Let’s hope it doesn’t happen, but... we’ve been told today to start organising ‘Home Learning’ packs for our class so it’s looking more likely than ever.
D’s mum has arrived back from Spain (early) and gone straight into self isolation. It’s going to be an interesting couple of weeks.
