I've always been obsessed with notebooks & sketchbooks. When you chose art for 6th year at school you were given 'a black book' it was such a momentous occasion, you really felt that you'd arrived on the art scene!
4 Years of art college allowed me to continue my obsession, after that I've kept up bits and pieces here and there but lacked the discipline to keep it going all the time. Work & other bits of life seem to get in the way, but on the other hand I find work and other things much easier when I'm drawing/writing/making in a notebook. Blip has helped me start to record those important little snippets again, and today inspired by one of my favourite sites Access Art
I started a visual diary. Looking forward to seeing what it brings.
