Martha meets Jose and horse Jokie on Sea Glass Beach. Martha is very worried about getting home to Chicago, her daughter, not so much, she'd be happy to stay in Vieques. All non essential business are closing as of tonight and there is a country wide curfew starting tonight. The Governor of PR has turned away cruise ships and the schools are closed, beaches are open:)
