At home

As the Coronavirus situation gets more serious we are all getting used to the idea of spending more time at home. This is the view from our front lawn. We are fortunate to live in a very green and leafy area. I’ve noticed how loud the bird song is at the moment with less aircraft overhead and fewer people out and about. That’s one upside. I stood a while to listen, remembering Dad.

From tomorrow we are all instructed to work from home whenever possible. It’s all feeling very worrying. Mum came for dinner in case she needs to stay home more from now on. We’ve suggested she stays home as much as possible. Just watched the news and there’s not much positive stuff out there. Stay safe folks.( I can hear the owl outside. )
