Follow the dog

Took Toby to Cannock this morning. He was a bit reluctant, previous trip wasn't successful and weather was rubbish when we set out.

He struggled to find his flow, but the last two sections of the route were great and he lifted his pace and finished with a big grin.

Went to see Ben fogle this evening, nick had a spare ticket. Interesting stuff about his adventures over the years. He made a good comment at the end about the fact that the challenges we face will only be overcome if we think of each other and work together.
