On the lookout

Euan was looking out at the snow and cosying his toes on the radiator.

Feel a bit better rested today after our busy few days away. Last night Rhona woke at 11 but after a quick cuddle settled back to sleep. She was up for a feed at 4 which is better than the last few nights when she had been up twice between 1 and 5. She woke at 7 and stayed in bed with us until 8.30 when we got up before Euan!

Breakfasted, ready brek, cheerios and banana slices for rhona and a mix of 4 cereals for Euan. He can't decide what he wants at the moment so has them all! Lots of playing this morning. Banned the tv as all Euan wants is the tv on these days so we are limiting it to an hour or two in the evening.

Walked Euan to playgroup with Rhona in the buggy. Very hard work in the snow as the pavements have not ben cleared. We carried on despite this and walked our usual Thursday walk to the bookies with a slight detour on the way back to buy paint for the bathroom ceiling. Into asda to get a couple of bits for tea and to kill some time before picking Euan up.

Home for a cup of tea and a donut while rhona napped, then fishfingers, peas and smiles for euan and brocoli florets (which went down very well) apricot slices and quartered grapes for Rhona. She only ate half her salmon and carrot puree, she seems to have gone off purees just now, even shop bought, but is loving her finger foods.

Looking forward to a relaxing evening.
