Chinese pop music

I found my baby daughter bouncing along to music by a Chinese girl band this morning. Her sister had been listening to the song and copying the dance routine while she was getting dressed. The song must have been pre-installed on her tablet, which was made in China. To me, the fact my kids are listening to Chinese pop says as much about our rapidly changing world as a one year old playing with a tablet.
