A bit more security

Want to get to my front door? You have to get passed a locked 6ft gate first. This can make postal deliveries stressful if I don't know that I'm expecting one  - the gate's locked & I don't have a suitable window that I can spy through to check who's there. 

So that's why I got this video/doorbell thingy.

I know that 'Ring' is far from perfect but its the best remote doorbell I can get for money at the moment as the gate is almost 20ft from my front door which is too far/expensive to have anything wired.

And faffing about this today has take my mind away from the complete cluster*** the world is in. And as I have a history of anxiety problems you have to question my sanity in watching the waffling idiot's press conference.
