No coronavirus up here!
We came from the hill on the left (King's Seat Hill) and were just about at our turning point (Tarmangie Hill) to head for the hill on the right. (Andrew Gannel)
We'd had a tail wind up to that point but things were about to change drastically as we got the full force of the cold wind for the second part of our route.
An extra layer, extra buff and spare gloves pulled on as we fought against the elements!
The wind was relentless and cold.... even had to push hard on the downhill sections!
We decided to cut it slightly short before reaching the last summit and headed of down a more sheltered path to meet up with our original route back to the start.
So 7.5 miles completed instead of the origonal 8.3 I had planned for us.
Invigorating!!
