Social Distancing

It's good to see that even the wheelie bins are observing the government guidelines re. social distancing!

In other news: I had to leave my self-isolation this morning for a blood test at the surgery.  It is the first time I've ever been there when the place was deserted. I think the doctors are advising telephone consultations only, unfortunately for blood tests one has to turn up.

This afternoon we took a ride out in the safe space which is our car to Wilmcote to have a walk along a very quiet canal towpath.  That nice Mr Johnson said we were allowed out for our daily exercise, a bit like prisoners I guess.

Later I set up WhatsApp on our PC with the ability to make video calls, it requires an Android emulator (Bluestacks) to be installed first.  Anyway it seemed to work as I made a video call to Ann at the other side of the lounge.
