Day 076/20 Rings

These are my wedding and engagement rings. I've been divorced for over twenty years. When I asked my daughter if you wanted them, she looked at me as though I'd lost my marbles. She said, baldly, No. She doesn't remember me wearing them and they have no significance for her.


As work has dried up I'm off to sell them tomorrow to boost my fragile bank account. I am lucky that I have something to sell that closes a door that really closed a long time ago.
