Bare bones of a building

Looking like a bombed-out wreck... but not, this site is on Pall Mall. I don't think it has a particular story but is messes up the traffic flow. Particularly now that Pall Mall and St James's street have traffic flowing both ways. The story is that it took the gents in the clubs that flank St James's a bit of time to adjust. Some clubmen after a good lunch walked into the road looking the wrong way and straight into a car! Apophrycal story, I am sure, but one half wants to believe it!
