River run

An unfortunate bicycle accident in wet weather brought my fledgling running hobby to an abrupt end more than three weeks ago.

On Sunday I had a mini test run, before officially restarting today. A lovely sunny, crisp morning was perfect for a run in the park. Happy with my 2.7 mile jog - it’s good to be back outdoors.

Now it’s time for some woofer walking.
