Blossom

A spot of brightness in the garden on an otherwise gloomy day.  We have been in low cloud all morning and I mean 'in'.  It has been a swirling mist; sometimes clearing a little to reveal the sheep that have reappeared in the field behind us, but at other times obscuring even the end of the garden.

Returning to yesterday's toilet roll humour I was amused by a joke on the internet this morning.  Two aliens were pictured looking down onto a deserted earth and saying, "I don't know what it was that struck down all the earthlings but it left them with incredibly clean bottoms!"
