Up on t’moor

Our escape today was a ride up to Chimney Bank above Rosedale. Despite a cool breeze it really did lift the spirits. Especially when this Grouse decided to pose for a photo. I realised just how much I rely on ventures into the great outdoors. Jet appreciated it too.

With no trips to Pilates or the gym am working out how to stay fit....
