Social Distancing

There has been a lot of talk about Social Distancing during these worrying times of ours. Well, after having tried to do some shopping these past two days and getting absolutely nowhere fast, I needed to do some distancing myself!

Went for a walk among the old lead mines on Grassington Moor. Didn’t meet anyone all the time I was out and it was heavenly. The only things I could hear were the bleating of the sheep, the howling of the wind, the trickling of the odd stream and the calls of the lapwings and curlews.

For that couple of hours, life was good.
