In isolation

Mr Rat had to meet some of the community workers to develop a strategy for supporting some of the vulnerable people in the church area who will now be quite isolated so I went up as well and ran home via a roundabout route, including past the ponds.
The only youngster the swans raised last year now appears to be disowned by its parents (who were ensconced at their old nest site) and in a small area of pond so will probably be gone soon.
I was glad I'd gone out early as it started raining after lunch.
Also made some bread, did some cross-stitch and had a church leaders' discussion about how we will support the members as we are stopping all church gatherings (as are most churches).
