Today we managed to get to work from home as our eldest felt ill at school and certainly looked pale.

How come, every time I am lucky enough to work at home I finish about 2 hours later than I would were I in the office. Well even more if you count some exciting admin thing I did after 7pm. Yep emergency followed emergency and they are boiling away until the morning.

In other news I had a couple of phone calls with good friends in foreign parts, well one is in England it counts as foreign doesn't it? I wish I'd see them more often. The first fellow, we haven't seen for 2.5 years and I doubt we'll see him his year.
