Big baps

Worked from home to let the weans sleep. Like most of us by the time Thursday comes they're ready for the weekend and a bit of a lie in so I hadn't the heart to drag them out their beds at 7am to shovel down their breakfast so they could be herded across the road to wait an hour to go to school. And just so I could go to work and do nothing that I couldn't do from the sofa anyway. So that's what I did. Stayed home.

But it was burgers for tea so I had to make my own baps. It's essentially a Scottish morning roll, rolled flat so that you get the perfect ratio of dough to filling.
