Gutted.

Here in DC, it's common practice (if not required in some areas) to preserve the outer structure of a building to gut and remodel it. The Historic Preservation Society has some finicky rules - I know this from experience through my job.

I thought the abandoned car tires made an interesting foreground. Nothing special about them. :p
