Cusworth Hall
On a grey and drizzly day we found ourselves at Cusworth Hall just North of Doncaster.
It is an attractive 17th century Georgian country house set in acres of parkland. It is described as a hall turned Museum that represents the past and present of Doncasters' workers, socialisers, and homeowners.
In today's extra you can see a panoramic shot showing its setting and the city of Doncaster in the distance.
Over to the right of the extra above the lake you can make out the tower of Doncaster cathedral.
Also worthy of note is the fact that there is an excellent tea room there.
