Spring flowers

Our step count is benefiting from self isolation. Four good walks today and we met no-one! We have both even lost weight!

Saw all the family on Face time today. I can’t imagine how all the children are going to enjoy being at home all the time without all their usual activities to go to now that schools and nurseries are closing on Friday.

I really don’t think people realise how extremely serious the situation is. Many older folk don’t seem to be keeping to the social distancing rule.

Speaking to friends on FaceTime this morning and they had withdrawn cash at an ATM yesterday. They told us they had washed the notes when they came home. John piped up that he would have them done for money laundering. Once a banker, always a banker!!

At Gargunnock this afternoon the Spring flowers were beautiful. Our garden is just beginning to come to life. No doubt it will keep us busy in the weeks to come.
