Perfectly timed rainbow

Spent some time with one of our younger staff members who is finding all this change and uncertainty especially overwhelming. 
I listened until he'd run out of steam. 

We went outside. 
To see that yes, the world is changing but it's not ending. 
We can weather the change, maybe even thrive in it. By choosing love, kindness, compassion, perseverance, forgiveness, flexibility, connectedness, hope.
We can also choose our news sources and how often we use them!
