I left the house mid conversation with my big sister .... after 15 mins (she’s a talker) I took out my usual headphones to listen to some music. Only to find that my new phone doesn’t have a slot for the jack!

A 2 hour walk with just your own thoughts at this anxious time is not recommended. Not making that mistake again!
