Learn from the old

While a lot of the news today is bad I am happy to report our old friend Dick Holden has returned to his workshop. We need to learn form the elders. He is 92 years old and has lived through many hard times. You may remember his fall in his elevator breaking his back and shattering his shoulder as well as other injuries. That was February 2018. He never gave up...just met each challenge and kept moving forward. He got stuck upstairs in his elevator yesterday and hubby had to go get him down as he was not familiar with the new controls that replaced the ones that sent him falling that horrible day. He is working on the lighthouse you can see in the upper right side of this photo. One amazing man who knows we will get through COVID-19 just as people have gotten through many hard times in the past.
