Crash Bang Wallop

As you might be able to spot - the UV filter has no glass left in it and it's no longer round - and yes, it is currently wedged on to the lens! My Camera may have taken a bit of a fall tonight - so much so that it bounced! So far it looks like the only casualty is the filter but testing will be required over the weekend to ensure that is all the damage! Then the challenge will be to see if I can (with the help of some kind souls) get the filter off and hope that the lens can take a new one - definitely seeing the benefit of making sure there is a filter on the camera - as I think it would have been the lens that shattered if it wasn't there to take the impact!
