I did a 45 min session of Ashtanga yoga - felt very good. I then did even more extreme yoga while cleaning the kitchen window, which was long, long overdue. As I was admiring the result, four magpies flew into a tree and started larking about. I liked the way the sun showed up their iridescent blue bits, even at this distance. Gaelic for magpie may be pioghaid (although Google translate seems to think that's a parrot).
